Kevin B. Allen
President and Chief Executive Officer, brings to Aubice a wealth of strategic, technical and financial expertise gained through a career which has spanned numerous industries and roles including development engineer, investment banker, senior operating executive and venture capital investor. Prior to joining Aubice in 2007, Mr. Allen was a founder and Managing Member of 5280 Partners, LLC, a Denver-based venture capital firm specializing in early stage technology and communications industry investing. Before founding 5280 Partners in 2001, Mr. Allen was Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rifkin & Associates, Inc., a privately held owner and operator of US-based cable television systems. From 1988 through 1996, Mr. Allen worked as an investment banker with BT Securities Corporation (an affiliate of Bankers Trust Company) and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding developing and maintaining corporate finance relationships with clients around the world, specifically in the media and communications industries. Mr. Allen received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado. Mr. Allen serves as a Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Colorado UpLIFT, a Denver-based charitable organization serving at-risk youth in the Denver community.
Michael R. Webb
Co-Founder, Executive Vice President of Global Development, combines executive leadership background in media, technical manufacturing, and organizational strategy development. Prior to co-founding Aubice, Michael was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Knowledge Webb (TKW), Inc. TKW focused on developing intellectual capital in data management systems and strategy development for global organizations such as the 3M Company, BMW-America, The Boeing Company, Imation Corp., R.R. Donnelley, U S WEST Communications, Ryobi, and Sumitomo Corporation.
Michael G Zentner
Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, & Chief Technology Officer, has been a founder and senior team member of several technology companies and has created novel technologies in optimization algorithms, collaboration, and knowledge management. Michael has deployed these technologies and devised business strategies with several major corporations, including 3M, SmithKline Beecham, Imation, Eli Lilly & Co., Air Products and Chemicals, GAP, and Searle. Michael holds B.S. with Distinction in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois, an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and Phi Lambda Upsilon Chemistry Honor Society. Michael has presented his technical work at national and international forums including ESCAPE, AIChE, and NATO Advanced Studies Institute, and has authored numerous publications in journals of international repute.
Gautham Kudva
Vice President, Engineering, has over 14 years of experience leading teams implementing innovative solutions to complex problems including mathematical optimization, process scheduling, airline schedule development and revenue management. Prior to joining Aubice, Gautham led IT teams at American Airlines and two startup companies developing software solutions for clients including Eli Lilly & Co., The Gap, Coca Cola and Dow Chemical. Gautham has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Mumbai and earned his Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
Salman Adil
Vice President, Marketing, leads all activities for marketing and customer success across the company combining leadership in software product commercialization’s, strategic planning, and technology deployment. Prior to joining Aubice, Salman was Director, Global Business Processes, for Eastman Kodak where headed the global go-to-market integration of six strategic acquisitions resulting in the formation of Kodak’s Graphic Communication Group, a $3.6 billion business. Before joining Kodak, Salman served in positions of increasing responsibility in corporate strategy, product management, channel management, and operations at Kodak Polychrome Graphics, Imation, 3M and Dow Chemical.
